Surrey has more than 50 public art features that spice up Surrey's vast landscape keeping to the spirit, values and ideals of the people that live in Surrey. Each artwork carefully considers the neighbourhood where it will be sited, with some artists actively involving local citizens in the development of these concepts. Visitors will learn about the contemporary materials and technology the artists plan to use. Admire the huge "Tree of Life" woodcut print at the Semiahmoo Library (1815 152 St), the "From Frozen Ponds" hockey mural on the Surrey Sport & Leisure Complex (16555 Fraser Hwy), or the poetic Memory Stones display at Crescent Beach.
